Looks like I'm going into work tomorrow. Cute Boss said that I could if I really wanted to, but he wished I wouldn't. He told me to log everything I did while I was there and how long because it might just be the leverage they need to get another person. We've all been absolutely swamped. Then today, with the cold spell in the northeast (my assigned region), I was completly slammed with cold calls that needed all of my attention. Which meant that everything else fell by the wayside and now there are 63 new e-mails that need attention sitting in my inbox in addition to some of the leftovers from Thursday. Part of the problem is the system we're forced to use and the other is just the sheer volume of calls. I'm getting tired just thinking about it and my head hurts.

Lately thinking about anything makes my head hurt. I think I'm running out of room for things to think about and eventually, to make room, my gray matter is going to come spilling out of my ears.
