Just because an apology is extended, acceptance is not guaranteed.

Don't use 'I love you' as a last ditch effort to obtain forgiveness.

Never take for granted that someone is always going to be there for you. They won't.

If you neglect friendship or love long enough a person's soul will eventually grow weary and seek more respectful company.
