I'm terribly excited. I'm going to see Iron Maiden again on Wednesday. I can hardly wait.

I'm dragging Flea with me. She's never seen them. She doesn't even listen to them. But she's going anyway because she loves me.

And she made me go to Kid Rock, which after the LIVE BAND KARAOKE crap that opened up for him, I had an amazing time. He puts on one helluva show. I was unexpectedly impressed. I mean, I like the guy, but I wasn't expecting much at all and I was blown away.

I'm hoping Flea feels the same after she sees the spectacle that is Iron Maiden.

They really do put on a fantastic show. They have been knocking me dead ever since I was a kid and have never disappointed me live. One of the only bands in the world that can raise the little hairs on my arms.

Every time.

So, yeah, I want it to be Wednesday NOW!

Last time I saw Iron Maiden was in Arizona with Motorhead and Dio. (What a cool fucking bill that was.) Frank and Judy came in from Florida and I took them to the show and it's one of my fondest Arizona memories. Frank was wearing the same Iron Maiden shorts as Nicko McBrain. Too funny.

Eddie is my boyfriend.
